I believe leadership is not defined by a title, rank, or position—it's defined by the impact we have on the people around us.
My leadership journey began in military service, where I learned the importance of accountability, resilience, teamwork, and servant leadership. The military taught me how to lead through adversity, make decisions under pressure, and stay committed to a mission greater than myself. But some of the most important leadership lessons came after I took off the uniform.
Transitioning from military service into civilian life challenged me to redefine purpose, identity, and leadership in a new environment. I discovered that while the mission may change, the principles of effective leadership remain the same. That realization became the foundation for Second Oath.
I created Second Oath to help veterans, professionals, and emerging leaders navigate change, develop confidence, and lead with greater intention. My coaching approach combines practical leadership development with meaningful personal growth, helping clients gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and take purposeful action toward their goals.
I believe every leader reaches a moment when they must make a conscious decision to continue growing—to recommit themselves to excellence, service, and impact. That's what I call the Second Oath.
Whether you're transitioning from military service, stepping into a new leadership role, or seeking greater purpose in your personal and professional life, my goal is to help you become the leader your next mission requires.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me investing in my family, serving my community, and looking for opportunities to help people discover their potential and purpose.
